Sad  I thought I would let everyone know that I went out to Hagg Lake last Sunday and found it very difficult to manuever.  The 4th hole was missing.  The map isn't quite accurate.  The signage is minimal and the tees are scattered about.  I would bet that in good condition this would be a fun and challenging course.  Perhaps some of us on the Westside can make a day of going out and finding all the tees and putting them back together and making it usable.

On the other hand, perhaps as a newbie to the sport, maybe being lost for several hours is the goal of this course. Wink

This course is a safari course under the best of circumstances; it plays best in winter. There is a work party headed out there today, about 10. Sorry boys I'll be just down the road playing Wortman. But I do give you all a high five for all the hard work on the CrAZy 18.

There has been a "stop work" motion by some envirementlists. We have not been able to work on it for months. I think it's time to tear into it though. I'll go out and do a couple things this weekend....

Have you golfed there before or was this your first time there? I'll have to second J's notion about going out there during the winter. It's always been in bad shape.... I'm personally waiting until October to play again. I swear that if they got real T pads in, my score would drop by at least 5 to 7 strokes. Love the course though.... a good place for large doubles rounds too!

I'm with you Jeff, I can't wait until the $5 buck fee is gone, the weather is cool and damp, the water smooth as glass, and the round takes all afternoon by choice. Add a thermos of warm liquid and spell that day G R E A T.

Hey J-Man, is there going to be a planned outing to Hagg anytime this fall?  With Team Disc Golf on the horizon, it might be tough.  None of the 'Nation have made it out there yet, but I would like to try to go at some point.  Let me know...   Cool
